Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.

• Damaged, defective, or wrong items: contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return needed.
• Changed your mind: returns accepted within 30 days; the item must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
